Pilot in Santa Rosa (2464 Historic Route 66)

Large easy in/out with big trailer. 5 islands each with diesel pumps. Subway and Cinnamon served inside. Adjacent huge diesel lot for semi trucks.

The restrooms were dirty, but the store was clean. Understanding its a travel gas stations Im sure a lot of people use the restroom so they should clean it or at least check to see if they need to be clean every two hours! Other than that the staff was wondering and very friendly and the store room was very clean and organized.

Easy access on and off I 40.

Staff was help and station was clean

Super busy. Stressful to get RVs and trailers in and out, simple due to congestion. Cinnabon smelled great.
