tank on empty, stopped for fuel at costco. at 11 am cones were put across entry to gas pumps, young female attendant standing out by pumps talking on cell phone. the little time I was there 5 drivers came up to ask what the problem was, and she couldn't put her phone down to give them or myself an answer. STRAIGHT UP BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !

People need to use the middle lane to pull through if someone is filling up and a spot is open. Too many people do not know how to do this and will wait causing more of a line
