yes 2 pumps did not work. when I went in to let them know I was treated like I was a weirdo who had no clue how to pump gas. so they suggested I use another. this too did not work. the effort these 2 men made, especially the older one, left a lot to be desired. the younger, though rude in the beginning softened and gentler himself. it was greatly appreciated. I would say these 2 are jaded insensitive fronts for this working Arco. I left after getting my money returned as the 3 strikes your out clause was not what I intended to experience. will not return. The pumps here are pretty old and unruly, that being said I have only ever had WONDERFUL experiences with the people who work here. They have all been really kind and efficient every single time.
