This is lacking in customer service. it is pretty new but the employees need lessons on being a little nicer.
This is a Shell location. I made one gasoline purchase and they would not honor the Fuel Rewards program. Going inside to discuss was a waste of time.

The only problem I have with this location is their disregard for Covid-19 guideline observation. Employees stopped wearing mask a few months ago.
