It's an Exxon gas station, however the store attached to it is a 7-11. The pumps are marked with Exxon colors and logos. It's got a nice wide open lot with lots of room to maneuver around/park your car. The staff is friendly and outgoing much like the staff at Wawa or Sheetz.
