Prices in the convenience store are actually pretty decent... Probably because there is a 7-11 across Foster Ave. Hardly ever busy. A welcome business in the neighborhood.

The gas prices are always (on average) $0.20 higher than any gas station within three miles.Need to fill your tires with air or vacuum your car? Good luck. They will take your money and when it doesnt work you get a shoulfder shrug and, "yeah, they arent going to refund you". I will pass, even though I live a block away.
