Spear Country Store in Newland (5810 US-19E)

Since there is new Mangement Spear has went down hill fast. With a Dollar General a couple miles away unless it an emergency Ill will be taking my business elsewhere. I like to support local businesses but I have to pass unless something is done with the management and staff.

The cashier was rude we are on vacation and not real familiar with the area. we were asking if they knew a family we were planning to visit while we were in the area. We got an I dont know. ..okay.. there were sticky spots on the floor. Kids were running through the store and around my wife and I. It was definitely not a pleasant experience
