Shell in Rockville (1250 W Montgomery Ave)

Last night I went to get gasoline and use the $.20 off per gallon with Safeway. I pressed the 87 button but the machine started recording at 93. I stopped the running of the gas and told the attendant.When I told the attendant he blamed me for the mistake with a rude tone of voice, saying, "it's your fault." I've been the other gas stations where they will override the pump and allow for the $.20 discount when it doesn't work at the pump.I let him know that he was never going to get my business, my father had been in business, and then I always learned that the customer is always right. He walked away for me without even I'm sorry but there's nothing I can do. I urge other drivers not to frequent this service station. Bring your business to people with better customer service and friendliness.

pump has problem reading cards for no reason. had to go inside. not worth the hassle to get gas here.

Good customer service . Very friendly and the mechanic shop is the best. And great price.

Its ok. Decent prices, but dont be fooled by their "car wash" price.
