Homeless guy harassed me while I pumped gas

I live nearby. This station regularly has false and misleading prices posted, much lower than actual pump prices. Could be possibly done by friends or family as a draw for increased traffic? Gas Buddy needs to keep an eye on the use of their app at this location.
