Speedway in Winston-Salem (1425 Silas Creek Pkwy)

Drink station was not stocked. The cashier seemed a little rude and annoyed when I asked if she could put my bonus points on my card; in the middle of the transaction. I forgot about them until I saw the points reminder on the screen.The employee making the pizzas and hot foods was very friendly and helpful. I would give her a 10 for customer service, thank you.

The staff is friendly but NONE of them are wearing masks in spite of local law requiring it. Of course they arent enforcing mask wearing by customers either. To me this equals EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in spite of their friendliness. Theyre setting a bad example and putting us all at greater risk for covid. My mask is not enough. I need you to wear yours. I blame mgt for not enforcing the law. I dont want to do business here.

I still think some of the bushes could be trimmed a bit. Its hard to get out of the lot into Old Salisbury Rd

Busy station.

this is a very busy station. The clerks here are always busy cleaning up behind people 😕

Since the new renovations this station has gone downhill. Not clean. Parking lot is too small. Bushes obstruct the view of vehicles getting back out into the street safely. Employees no longer smile.

terribly understaffed, takes fast longer than it should to check out. Recently remodeled, yet dirty.
