Beware of the terminology you use here. I requested "plus" which to me is mid-grade, and the attendant started pumping premium. When I saw what was happening I got him to stop and he insisted that they refer to their 93 octane (gold labeling) as plus, and mid-grade is 89 or "mid(dle)" or "silver". Never had to explain myself like that elsewhere. Isn't plus the middle grade and premium the highest in most places? The guy's first language wasn't English, either...
