Ms. Kim is rude and should learn how to be polite. Talking on her personal phone while dealing with customers is bad customer service. Have a customer enter the store and have to wait for her to come out from where ever she was again is rude. And then not to even say hi or sorry for the wait. I could have picked anything off the shelf or refrigerator and just walked out.
