Its the small things that make a big difference. Coming out of the bathroom, I have a habit of shaking my hands even though theyre completely dry. The staff saw me doing this and immediately asked if the bathroom had ran out of paper towels. His genuine concern says a lot about their excellent customer service.

Got a tank of fuel that caused issues in my car. Check engine light came on and car felt sluggish 5 miles after getting gas here. Used the tank, got another in Salinas and everything was fine afterwards. Check engine light went off as well!
