Cashier Maria works on Tuesday and Thursday and was recommended by GM Jordan not to purchase gas on those days. Waited to purchase gas on my fuel rewards points using Shell V-Power gas. It just end out a decline after a few tries on a Visa Gift Card. I had to purchase Shell regular gas and I told them that I use V-Power gas only. I disputed over 1-hr trying to purchase V-Power gas and I couldn't leave because I needed to fill-up. No resolution in there part until I use another form of payment. Maria said "No, it didn't take." I asked Jordan she must be wrong. Less than 3-minutes I was able to fill-up and leave the Shell Gas station 92109. I've been purchasing gas this location since 1983. There is a communication problem. I was there over 1-hr and left unease by there service. Change the people who were there on May 1, 2018: Tuesday. They gave me a problem.

Long process at credit card and gasoline choosing stage. Car wash? Rewards? Try nitro gas?
