Usually this Speedway is a cut above its nearest neighbor Speedway. But a visit this past weekend saw the typical 10-1 ratio exhibited at other stations of this chain: one employee, 10 customers in line. Ugh and unbelievable!

I don't usually visit this Speedway because it is not as convenient to my routine. You're encouraged upon entering that is significantly cleaner and better maintained than the next closest Speedway. But as usual with these stations, frequently understaffed. Call it the Speedway Way: 5 or 6 customers in line, 3 employees present but only 1 bothering to deal with checking out customers. Another employee consumed by restocking cigarettes, a manager just doing her manager thing and supervising the cigarette-stocker.
