CITGO in Alexandria (6241 Richmond Hwy)

The pumps just stopped. Owner came out and put cones up but failed to notify people getting out of cars. Waste of time. No longer my favorite station in DMV

Not the most competitive prices in town. Always busy in a small lot

they look to have low prices even during times of crisis/hard times.

Nonexistent customer service, can be awkward to drive into due to one way access in and out and tight spacing.

the customer service has gotten so much better.

I must say that since they changed the pumps and added better lighting the attitudes of employees is improving. Maybe they are reading these reviews.

Convenient location next to McDonald's coffee.

Usually has the highest prices in the area.
