It was the people in Wal-Mart that didnt know what theyre doing. We purchased a $100 fuel card & asked the woman at the Service Desk & the woman @ the door coming in/out. Neither of them knew if there was a discount for the gift card at the gas station here. We are from Arkansas where the people KNOW what theyre talking about and can help the customers. The people at this Wal-Mart knew nothing. The person @ the Service Desk that knew nothing also had her mask below her nose which helps no one. Although Im traveling, we will make this Wal-Mart a "dont go back." The ones at other places we travel are not this way & most that weve come into contact with can answer simple questions with an appropriate answer. We used the $100 we purchased and found out the discount expired yesterday. I go to Wal-Mart & Sams all the time in Hot Springs, AR and am extremely angry!!!
