Grand Gasoline in San Jose (899 N 13th St)

I tried two different pumps and neither worked. They would take my card, but then wouldnt dispense any gas. There were four different employees standing around outside doing nothing watching me, but not a single one of them offered assistance. It made me wonder how many customers theyve watched drive off without using their services. Ive removed this gas station as one of my favorites, as its close to my work, because this is not the first time something like this has happened. I have strict timelines for my breaks at work and I just wasted one on failing to fill my tank. I was trying to be efficient, but now I have to use double the amount of my time on filling my tank. As anyone who works full time knows, our limited hours outside of work are precious and I dont like my time being wasted.

Small gas station. Station is relatively clean but its old and could use some renovations. The customer service is friendly and it had a small store.
