Shell in Springfield (1533 W North St)

Great Shell gas station. The place was very clean, especially the bathrooms, which is always a big plus. The staff was friendly and quick, and the store was well stocked with snacks and drinks. Pumps were easy to use and everything felt safe and well maintained. Definitely one of the better gas stations I’ve stopped at—will be coming back.

Tried this one again, was using the farthest pump and it was covered in spider webs, hadnt been cleaned in who knows how long, wont be back again

No English speaking people at most Springfield locations and drive thru's

people are so nice here and courteous

Smells like baby diapers...yuck.

This place could really use some cleaning done. The floors were so sticky and the restroom smelled.
