Shell in New Philadelphia (162 S Broadway St)

Diesel pump was pumping 1 gallon per 46seconds. Unacceptable, clerk says it is always slow when it's cold. It was 13 degrees.

Nice place but a high traffic intersection which can make pulling out tricky.

gas pumps have been repaired. fuel is flowing. still waiting for debit chip but credit working fine at the pumps. cash and debit can be paid inside
