the customer service was bad the lady at the till was rude ignorant and no idea what she was talking about. I got accused of contaminating the car was because I was washing the under of my car, and threatened to call the police.
sometimes the people are rude... and u find they generally have higher prices then other surrounding stations and stores

staff are generally rude when I go in... have tried to over charge me a few times. and do not listen when customer is asking for something. and this was not just once this has been several times so the person wasn't just having an off day.
