Other than its convenience to my house, Im pretty disappointed in the changes this Tom Thumb has made. The two biggest complaints are: limiting gas fill ups to $50; and entry/exit to the gas station. A lane was created to allow people a left hand turn, off of John King, and around the back of the station. Well, they have since blocked that off, so now the lane is useless, causing an accident waiting to happen, when people attempt to turn around there.

Used the diesel pumps which were dirty and no lighting. Because of the 20 gallon Fuel Rewards limit the pump began to slow pump around 19.2 gallons and it was so slow the automatic shut off didnt work and the diesel didnt shut off properly causing an overflow. They have a lot of work to do on their retail image and branding.
