Usually busy. Staff isnt very pleasant and you can usually find finger prints all over the coffee bar. I tolerated when they had hot, MTO food but they dont anymore. In their defense, they are usually under staffed but thr cleanliness is inexcusable. You will usually find broken glass in the parking lot so watch out.
