Used this station once for annual inspection certificate; failed for specific emissions test, when repaired returned with vehicle for another inspection, failed again due to another problem that was not mentioned during the first inspection; all inspections were conducted in piecemeal fashion rather than a complete front to back examination of vehicle and each subsequent inspection owner found another issue that was not identified or mentioned during previous inspections; mechanic who drove car decided to test windows which are not part of the inspection process. I am not confident that these people properly conduct vehicle inspections or know completely what is part of the inspection process. Fortunately, the RMV has a complaint website and telephone number.
If you get full service here, you will of course pay a premium for the fuel and you will get a terribly apathetic person to come and fill your car. It's awful. They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. I only go, because it is close to my house and it is next to the worst station in thebarbw
Awful service. This place is notorious for having rotating people working behind the cash register. Its usually 30-60 days that someone works there. I think this speaks volumes on the ownership and how they treat their employees. The whole brand is based on lower costs than the majors, but they skimp on the service. Its sad, because they have a lot of traffic. I live very close, so its an easy opportunity to get gas. Ive now completely avoided it and support locally owned stations in the Hingham area. These owners are not nice guys from everything I hear from the men and women who have worked there over the 8 years I have been living and patronizing them. This is my opinion and experience.
