Cheapest gas around, which all the matters to me now. Panhandlers here, but thats typical for downtown Phoenix.
Its at an inconvenient location right by train tracks so hopefully you dont get stuck waiting for a long train. Its dirty as heck, I was getting a soda and half the sodas are empty and floor was wet (water was black from foot traffic) and no ice. Not to mention soon as I was pulling in could see people eyeing me and sure enough soon as I stopped one guy asked me for money then another asked me for a cig then he had his gf ask me for gas so within 30 seconds I had 3 people asking me for something. Also, this app said gas was 3.59 so I drove there come to find out gas was 3.99 which it was cheaper closer to me home.
lots of customers, very busy station, could use a little better cleaning areas
The station is nice, but the bums and drug addicts begging for money makes this station just okay. Bathrooms arent as clean as they should be.

Many homeless always hanging out and begging. Thats probably the reason the parking lot is always dirty. Typically the Best gas prices in town and that means longer lines than usual, off & on through out the day.
