Basically called me a liar when I used the card for the loyalty discount … And questioned why the machine did not give me the points or discount .. not a big deal but calling someone a liar bc they questioned their business policy is crazy

I had to go inside to get a receipt and then the teller was very rude upon acknowledgment and he snapped at me and said I heard you the first time and he refused to serve me. He was busy doing his computer stuff and told me that any establishment doesn’t have to be acknowledged. He said he doesn’t have to acknowledge me at all so I just told him I’m gonna write up a review I am appalled by the attitude. It’s a shame. People have to be so rude.
