Western States Oil in San Leandro (2709 Teagarden St)

Both times I went I couldnt get gas even after trying multiple pumps. The card readers do not work

Be careful when you use this gas station. All signs said 3.59$ per gallon for unleaded, but I was charged 4.49$! And no, I didnt use premium by accident (which was 3.99$ at this time). I went inside and showed them my receipt, but they didnt want to help me. I have made pictures of the advertised price and will forward this incident to GasBuddy and officials.
