It is quite strange to have to go in to pay cash first before they start pumping (at least for Oregon). And customer service could be friendlier. Other than that, everything was peachy :)
They'll pump the gas for you, but that's about it. If you pay with cash you must go inside to the register. If you pay with a card you must get out and run the card yourself. Also, if you pay with a card you will be charged an extra 10 cents per gallon.
