Bathrooms need a little cleaning up other than that the place is cool and clean and friendly .

Store is as clean as it can be with as busy as it is. Good food options if you include the Outpost Diner and of course classic Pilot coffee. Well lit even in the huge truck lot out back. Good stop for truckers not looking to stay in San Bernardino. Only downside is done of the homeless.

This place just sucks

I absolutely love pilot! staff is friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. They have fresh Cinnabon and a WENDYS. THE BATHROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN FOR A TRUCK STOP AND THEY HAVE GOOD COUPON DEALS ON THE APP, THEY also sell a lot of rad electronics for a camper van or rv or big rig. showers available until 10pm. lots of cool novelty smoking accessories . I love this place . use your rewards xard
