ARCO in Lancaster (918 W Lancaster Blvd)

Very ghetto, lots of riff raff hanging around bothering customers asking for money.

Just like every other Arco, they charge $0.35 to pay with a debit card, and yet they never have paper in their receipt printer "Clerk has receipt". Well, if I wanted to go inside to see the clerk, I would have paid cash. Plus... Don't expect to be able to walk inside without being hounded for your change... There is always someone (or a few) people loitering outside. In fact, late at night, they chain the door and only sell what they can pass through the small window. So much for a "convenience store"....
