Chevron in Westlake Village (31505 Agoura Rd)

wont sell gas without a wash or pay 3 dollar fee for gas. If you have a 13 gal tank, thats an extra 15c per gallon which makes it more expensive than the one across the street.

very inconveniently located on a corner you cannot access without sitting through 5 minutes of traffic lights

this is where I go for gas and I love everything about it!
