men's bathroom is embarrassing Car Wash not working for several days vacuums don't work effectively kind of a sad place to go to
Kristen is so awesome. She has the skills but more so the heart. She is the all American Customer Service Champ. Without even trying, faking or forcing "it" she is helpful, thoughtful, caring, makes us smile, affects our moods, & impacting our day. Customer service with genuine heart. It's not a "it's just my job" attitude with her no doubt! Not many of the genuine people left. Thanks Kristen. Give that lady a "Genuine Customer Service Champ" award!!
