Half of the pumps are broken, both outdoor pay stations are broken and broken down cars parked in front of stalls. This place should be shut down, it's a disaster!
let me tell you its located in a bad neighborhood lot of transients, gang activity, air pump is broken most of the time. if you do have to use the station lock your car.
