Easy to get in and out, but staff are sometimes rude and unfriendly.

Normally, the customer service here is good. On my last visit, I was in a big hurry as I was headed to meet someone having a medical issue. The pumps we're giving a message to go and pay inside. I go inside & there's a man in line in front of me and a girl at the cash register. The clerk spends several minutes helping the girl at the register. In the meantime a long line develops behind me with a total of about 7 or 8 people in line. The clerk waits the whole time he's helping this girl to tell the guy in front of me that the the system is down and will be up in another two to three minutes. He never told the group of people also waiting in line, just this one guy. I was close enough to hear it can ask him why he didn't bother to let everybody know instead of making us continue to wait in line and he replied: it's only going to be 2 or 3 minutes. As if that's not bad enough, they have been raising their prices so much that they are now the most expensive place within a 5-mile radius, w
