pricing is wrong on the sign vs at the pumps

Super deceptive signage. The sign outside shows the credit card price/gallon is $3.64. I was supposed to get an additional 15 cents off, due to my T-mobile discount. I entered my information at the pump and noticed the price only dropped to $3.54. I went inside to get my receipt and inquire about the error. The cashier told me that the sign outside is only for a Shell company card and actual price is $3.69. No where outside does it say this. Sure its only a few cents difference, but this station is outright deceiving people. Makes me not want to stop at any Shell locations anymore.
