Property needs TLC. I suspect owner never checks on the place.Good candidate for a "Total Makeover" by HGTV or Valero!

They need to repair some REALLY BAD places in their pavement. They also need to give the place a VERY THOROUGH CLEANING on the exterior. On the positive side: They are to be commended for "hosting" a Pr. Wm. County "Recycle Trailer" - where you can deposit your bottles, cans, papers, etc.
