Been here on multiple occasions where they ran out of gas

Station is always clean, brightly lit. Attendants usually friendly.

trash cans are always full watch out for rats. As I was refueling one came of the trash. this station is next to OM ELEMENTARY school. whole place needs a good power washing. looks like a junk yard with vehicle sitting there for years. seams like they have done some improvements inside. one plus is they have cheapest fuel in my one mile area for a name brand. its just though trash cans.
