Esso in Campbell River (984 S Island Hwy)

Good service, lots of room at the pumps and well stocked convenience store

DO NOT buy the diesel fuel at this location! Twice (April, 2025, December 2025), after fuelling my 2018 diesel Equinox at this location, the vehicle immediately began sputtering. The local GM dealer collected a sample, and in both circumstances, a strong gas smell emanated from the diesel fuel.

Great station also has marine fuel here.

I always go to this gas station to buy Esso gift cards for a friend who doesnt have much money. I never get my gas there I always get it at Costco.
