Shell in Columbus (1305 Harrisburg Pike)

people that work there are not well trained. the equipment is in poor working order, and if your card is stuck in pump they dont know how to remove it. also the person they sent out to help didnt know how to retrieve the card but didnt even have shoes on there feet. just a very unpleasant experience. left and went somewhere else

station needs better lighting, out side needs to be swept.

Clean, decent gas prices and FuelRewards for store purchases.

It's ok, not the cleanest.
