Civilians who work on base,(so Ive been told) can only get a couple gallons. But its rarely worth it and most the time The 2 pumps they have atleast one side of one of them is blocked. FREE Air is nice, and they have a Vacuum for 50 pr 75 cents but Ive never tried it or seen anyone use it.
