small station, only 4 lanes for gas fill up, best premium prices in town

Canadian Tire brags to its CT Mastercard, that they get a 5 cents a liter rebate, but gave consistently charged far more vs nearby gas stations. Its cheaper to buy gas elsewhere....like the Shell right next door which us currently 15 cents per litre cheaper. scum bags!
