Good prices & friendly, efficient service at a busy station.

Note:  this is generally applicable to the Flying J chain.  There are none local to me, I only find them when I travel, like this one in Franklin KY.This store and others have good convenience stores.  However, like virtually all gas stops near a freeway, they require cash customers to go inside to prepay.  Some of us have no real choice but to use cash.The reason cited is "driveoffs".  That is a legitimate concern.  But gas stations should solve it, without burdening many customers (often those of modest means who dont need another hassle when pumping gas).For that reason, I rate customer service as BAD .
