Shell in Fort Washington (7501 Allentown Rd)

When you have 20% or 30% off on your Giant rewards, you only received 10% off at the pump. When I asked why I was not getting the 20% or 30% as it was inside the store. The Cashier said that she did not know.This happened to me 3 times, so I recommend that you find another Shell station.

Bad customer service. They expect not to use the bathroom while you are paying them to get car service. They use the bathroom but, wont let you use the bathroom. Ive been here twice and the same story.
