It had better be a top notch facility, they train new employees on the second floor for their district. Is tucked out of the way and is a little isolated on the SE corner of town.

The service depends on who is working. They have one older lady who refused to do partial pay when I wanted to prepay with cash and my card. Those who don't understand new technology, need more training. They also tend to have really long lines at times and it is always when one of their young employees is outside doing garbages. Even when these young employees see that it is overly busy inside, they ignore instead of coming inside to help until the long line has diminished. I have worked at gas stations and in customer service for over a decade. There is no reason why these simple issues can't be fixed to better customer service.
