It's a very poor set up with a Tim Hortons drive thru at the back of the Esso building. This causes chaos on their lot. Cars for Tim Hortons block their pumps (often- too often so I ride by if I cannot access the lot- I'm sure there are many others that do the same) Also same problem leaving the lot. If you are leaving via (east/west) Mountainside Dr. is almost impossible at rush hours- morning or night. The people leaving Tim Hortons race away once they get their coffee & just shoot out onto Mountainside Drive heading East cutting off Esso customers trying to exit onto Mountainside Dr East or West. I've witnessed a few accidents due to this. It's a scary Gas Station to go to unless you are exiting via Guelph Line yet it's still a poor choice to enter from Guelph Line .Almost always a long line up to Tim Hortons blocking 1st set of pumps.

Not friendly, they should be cleaning instead of standing around. Restroom was dreadful not what you expect from a newer gas station especially with so much competition- across the road at the corners you have s Petro Can, an ESSO & a Huskey. Quite honestly if I had to use rest room & purchase gas I'd go to ESSO or PetroCan.
