Several times I bought gas here and there were people at the pump that were not pumping gas, but talking to someone standing there or on their phones. Its very frustrating when they didnt let you use the pump and you have to wait unnecessarily. They should have the common decency to move away from the pump where there is ample space to talk. Ive never seen anything like that at any gas station anywhere.
