The pumps usually have finding wrong with them (NFC broken, card reader broken, etc). beverage selection isnt bad though and when the freeze drink machine is working thats a plus.

Staff is surly. Does not know how to operate rewards program. Litter on tarmac. Bad when it was Hess. Worse now.

Resolved: October '16: One bad employee (who sat in a chair, unwilling to do any work and could not be distracted from his iPhone despite a line that built to 7 customers at the other attended register and repeated requests by that employee to get up: "tell it to the boss!" was his only response). I'm told the offender is "no longer employed" at the station. Good riddance. (Other than this incident, I've always found everyone there courteous and efficient.)
