I think that the exterior of a business can say a lot about how they operate. This CITGO station scream "ghetto"!! It's not kept up very well at all. I am not sure why and also the customer service is awful, at best!!

I love getting my gas there because the people working there are so helpful. I couldn't get my gas tank open cause it was frozen. I have to push a button to open it but it wouldn't budge. The person on duty came out and helped me open it. It took both of us to do it. I was so thankful
