7-Eleven in Moore (1100 SW 19th St)

Great staff

Husband is a regular in here almost every morning for coffee or an energy drink. He was talked into signing up for their reward point system a few weeks ago. He tried to use his .13 cents off he gathered, yesterday. He went to get $51 in gas & the points went off during him paying inside but the cashier said it didn’t work. He looked at his phone and the points were removed. And still were this morning. They said they could not do anything about it. After he got a bit annoyed; he was told to contact a manager bc the staff working yesterday evening where not knowledgeable in fixing this situation and couldn’t help him. They did not even give him a receipt for proof of his purchase. We spend a lot at this gas station but if the reward system isn’t going to work and staff can not help in these situations, then there is no point in pushing for customers to even have it.
