CITGO in Portland (2 Park Ave)

This is a good 24 hour store. It was a little alarming that there was a Portland Policeman inside at 2:00 am. My guess is that he stays there all night because of the neighborhood it is in.

truly sketchy people hanging in parking lot.... especially after dark.
